Top 3 Places to Visit in London:
- Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament
What would London’s skyline be without it? A stride away from the Thames, its Gothic facades are some of the most well recognised, standing tall as a symbol of British politics and history. Booking a tour of the insides will get you a good glimpse of that. Price: £19.50
- Tower of London
Long before becoming renowned for its two soaring towers and the crown jewels, the Beefeaters already guarded the Tower of London’s prisoners, treasure and even animals for half a century. This old fortress encloses some of Britain’s darkest past, but also its most chivalrous. It costs £24.70
- Tower Bridge
As the name suggests, it is indeed much more than just a bridge. Up-close in its engine rooms, it is an exploit of Victorian engineering, from far along the riverbanks, it is a stunning backdrop to the sunset.
